With the arrival of the winter aviation season, Sichuan Airlines has introduced a new flight network layout, including the launch and restoration of several routes. Additionally, the airline has strengthened its operational system's security, focusing on preventing seat hoarding and malicious web-scraping attacks. These measures have significantly enhanced platform protection, ensuring stable operations and a seamless booking experience for customers.
During the winter season, Sichuan Airlines launched and resumed numerous domestic and international routes, including new routes such as Chengdu Tianfu–Changde, Chengdu Tianfu–Shiyan, Harbin–Taiyuan–Beihai, and Xichang–Wuhan–Haikou, among others. They also restored 16 routes, such as Beijing–Mianyang–Xishuangbanna and Chengdu Tianfu–Tengchong. With these changes, the airline now operates over 260 domestic routes and 30 international and regional routes, connecting more than 130 cities. As passenger demand and routes grow, challenges like seat hoarding and malicious web scraping have emerged. Such activities disrupt normal flight operations, cause economic losses, and negatively impact user experiences. To address these issues, Sichuan Airlines implemented Dingxiang's aviation anti-crawling solution.
The solution offers robust protection for ticketing information on B2C websites and official apps by detecting and preventing unauthorized data extraction. Its key features include:
- atbCAPTCHA: Real-time detection and interception of malicious accounts and bot activities during user registration, login, and searches.
- Device Fingerprinting: Continuous monitoring to identify and mitigate risks like code injection, emulators, and jailbroken devices, ensuring system stability.
- Dinsight Real-Time Decision Engine: Behavior-based analysis to identify potential threats, securing all transactions.
These technologies enable Sichuan Airlines to effectively combat seat hoarding and prevent economic losses caused by web scraping. They enhance order processing efficiency and ensure a smooth, secure booking experience for customers. Continuous monitoring and data analysis allow the airline to adapt its security measures to evolving threats.
To date, Dingxiang's anti-crawling solutions have supported major airlines like Air China, Travelsky, and Kunming Airlines, promoting safer and healthier development within the aviation industry.
